Use of supplied images, is subject to negotiation and is forbidden without prior permission of the owner (Tom Sheehan).
No form of storage or sharing of the images, whether by digital, electronic or photomechanical means,
is permitted without the express permission of the owner (Tom Sheehan).
All images supplied to the client, whether they be negatives, prints, or colour transparencies, or on any form of digital or electronic media, such as CD, DVD, memory card, memory stick or hard drive, are the sole responsibility of the client once they leave the hands of the owner (Tom Sheehan) and remain so until their return. This includes all times when they are in transit between the owner and client or in the hands of the client or any of their representatives, including receptions and goods in/out departments.
Any loss of, or damage suffered to the images in the above circumstances, shall be subject to a minimum surcharge of £100.00 per print, including individual contact sheets, £500.00 per transparency or single negative image and £500.00 per image on any digital media. Surcharge is non-refundable if images are later recovered. Digital images, rescued from client's hardware or media, must be in the original condition e.g. unretouched or manipulated in any way and in the same format and file size as originally supplied to the client by me. The supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage by the client while in their possession.
